You will represent PVBLIC One at high-profile events and conferences, positioning the platform as a leader in the intersection of advertising and social impact. Key Responsibilities:
Media & Advertising Partnerships: Develop and execute global strategies focused on expanding PVBLIC One’s media and advertising offerings.
Pipeline and Sales Development:Â Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively prospecting new clients and developing tailored media solutions that align with their goals, ensuring continuous revenue generation. Specifically drive sales growth through targeted media campaigns, delivering innovative advertising solutions to clients in the impact and NGO sectors.
Partnership Development: Build partnerships with media outlets, advertising networks, and technology providers to expand PVBLIC One’s reach and influence.
Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and onboard new clients while managing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded, optimizing the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Global Market Penetration: Lead efforts to expand media sales in new and existing markets, ensuring PVBLIC One’s platform is a top choice for impact organizations worldwide.
Event Representation: Represent PVBLIC One at high-profile speaking events and global conferences, advocating for media and advertising opportunities that align with social impact goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a remote sales team, driving performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the identification and strategic allocation of premium media inventory, ensuring optimal placement for clients while maximizing PVBLIC One's media sales revenue.
Develop and implement innovative partnership strategies with media outlets and advertisers, leveraging creative approaches to unlock new revenue streams and expand PVBLIC One’s influence in the media landscape.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in media and advertising sales, with a focus on digital, and programmatic media platforms.
Proven success in developing and executing global media sales strategies.
Strong network and relationships with media buyers, advertisers, and digital advertising platforms.
Expertise in negotiating media deals and building partnerships across diverse sectors.
Experience in managing sales teams, setting targets, and achieving revenue goals in a remote and global environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience representing organizations at high-profile events.
Passion for media innovation and a commitment to leveraging advertising for positive social impact.
Understanding of AI-driven media strategies, geospatial data, and digital advertising technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret media performance data and leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize advertising campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in navigating diverse international markets, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to tailor media strategies for different regions.
A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to the unique needs of NGOs, impact organizations, and commercial clients.
Proven Revenue Generation: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a documented history of driving multi-million-dollar media sales deals and delivering substantial year-over-year revenue growth. Â
