What is REIN?
REIN is a global platform that transforms environmental challenges into investment-ready business opportunities by supporting entrepreneurs through hubs embedded in national development strategies across the Global South.
REIN has five fully operational Hubs in Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and El Salvador with:
1000+
sustainable ventures supported across bio-economy, renewable energy, circular economy, AI, Data and agriculture.
6000+
ecosystem actors mobilized regionally through partnerships and capacity-building.
USD $23 million+
mobilized in blended finance and private investment for early-stage enterprises.
Each Hub equips founders with curriculum, workspace, technical support, and sovereign-aligned templates — so ventures can become deployment-ready within national development strategies. They are:
-
Anchored in leading universities and aligned with sovereign priorities, global engagement frameworks, and distribution pathways.

Focused on increasing the pipeline of investment-grade start ups and shepherding early-stage venture support.
